Who We Serve

At Steel Roots Sober Living, we welcome adults (18+) of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations who are committed to building a life in recovery. Whether you're newly sober, coming out of detox or inpatient treatment, or returning to a recovery path after a relapse you're not alone here. Our home is inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and trauma-informed, designed to offer structure and support without judgment. If you're ready to live in a safe, sober environment surrounded by others who genuinely understand what you're going through, Steel Roots can help you lay the foundation for long-term growth and healing.

Why It Works

We believe recovery thrives when structure and compassion work together. That’s why our home environment is calm, comfortable, and clean but also guided by accountability and routine. We maintain curfews, require regular drug and alcohol testing, and encourage daily commitments that move our residents forward. Every resident is expected to attend recovery meetings, hold a job, volunteer, or pursue education not just to stay busy, but to rebuild a sense of purpose. With peer support, house responsibilities, and consistent expectations, Steel Roots provides the kind of sober living that promotes true transformation not just temporary sobriety.
